Yesterday I rode along 37th to SW Marine Drive, around UBC, down NW Marine Drive, and downtown (where I indulged in quiche and espresso at the Agro Café, which incidentally is totally my new espresso haunt downtown) to VPL. Spent this weekend staving off depression. As long as I stay busy and keep my brain occupied, I'm okay most of the time. Had a few bad moments where I really needed hugs. I saw The Advantage play at Red Room last night. They're an instrumental band that only plays Nintendo songs. They were super fun (and boy, were there a lot of cute nerdy boys at the show).
